TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission is done in super-deformed style thus complex elements including but not limited to armors and ornaments will be simplified
Valid for personal use or gift use only, no commercial use is allowed. Commercial use includes but not limited to selling it as a print, minting it as NFT/used for blockchain based projects, using it for generative AI training, etc
Commission is done on first come first serve basis
Time required to finish the commission may range from 2-14 business days, since it depends on current workload and your place in the queue
I retain all rights to the image
I have the right to decline a commission if I perceive that I wouldn't be able to execute it properly
I will not provide a refund after payment
Prices are non negotiable
I shall not be held responsible for cancellation or delay resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to equipment failure, riot, epidemics, flood, fires, and so on

GUIDELINES

Please reach me via DM or email with "commission" in the subject and give a short description of the commission type, character references, and payment method
Provide colored image references, I will not accept text based description. Give as many as possible to help me understand the character better. Picrew or rough sketches are acceptable
Do inform me if you have specific expression/pose/color scheme in mind
You can opt to make a private commission, and it will be held confidential
I will respond as soon as I received your request
There will be no absolute deadline because it all depends on my day job workload and your place in the queue but I will send you an ETA (usually 2-14 business days)
Once the lineart has been done, I will send it to you for approval via DM
Upon agreement on the lineart, I will proceed to color it
Upon completion of the coloring process, I will send you a 150x150px watermarked thumbnail for your review and approval
Finished high resolution PNG image will be sent to your email alongside with payment receipt
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions

ALTERATIONS

I allow up to total 3 free minor revisions on linearts and final image
Revision(s) due to mistake on my part is free

PAYMENT

Payments will be made upfront through ko-fi/paypal for international clients and bank transfer/Gopay for Indonesian clients
